This Addison Airport Conventional Hangar Lease For Commercial Aviation Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Hangar Lease,” “Lease,” or “Agreement”) is made and entered into , 2015 (the "Effective Date"), by and between the Town of Addison, Texas, a home-rule municipality (hereinafter referred to as the “City” or “Landlord”) and ADS US Sport Aircraft, LLC., a Texas limited liability company (“Tenant”) (Landlord and Tenant are sometimes referred to herein together as the “parties” and individually as a “party”).
