Multi-Year Contribution Agreement (the “Agreement”), dated 12 September 2011, between the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation (“the Donor”), the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (“the Global Fund”), and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, as Trustee of the Trust Fund for the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (the “World Bank”) (hereafter referred to collectively as the “Parties”).
