Unless otherwise stated, the provisions of this Agreement shall be effec- tive from the date of signing and shall remain in full force and effect until the thirty-first day of March or until a new Agreement is reached in accordance with the Teachers for the Prov- ince of Nova Scotia, or this Agreement is amended by mutual consent of the two parties.
