This Water Recycling Demonstration Project Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the Orange County Sanitation District (the “District”) and the City of Anaheim (the “City”). The District is organized and existing pursuant to the County Sanitation District Act, California Health & Safety Code Sections 4700 et seq. The City is a municipal corporation organized and existing pursuant to the laws of the state of California. This Agreement shall be effective as of August , 2010. The District and the City are sometimes referred to individually in this Agreement as each “Party” and collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
