This Data Processing Agreement (the “DPA”) supplements the Dropbox Business Agreement (“Agreement”) between Dropbox, Inc. and Dropbox International Unlimited Company (together, “Dropbox”) and the customer that has executed or agreed to the Agreement (“Customer”). Capitalized terms used, but not defined, in this DPA are defined in the Agreement.
