This Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Amendment No. 1 To Assignment No. 1 (hereinafter referred to as “Amendment No. 1 to Assignment No. 1”) is entered into by and between the Texas Facilities Commission (hereinafter referred to as “TFC”) and Kirksey Architecture, Inc.
