Kuznetsov and “Russian railways” open joint-stock company (hereinafter referred to as “Guarantor”), domiciled at Novaya Basmannaya-2, Moscow, Russian Federation, 107174, represented by V.I. Yakunin, (hereinafter referred to collectively as “Parties” and separately as “Party”).
