Japan Oil, Gas and Metals National Corporation, (hereinafter referred to as “JOGMEC”) and XXX (hereinafter referred to as “COMPANY”) hereby agree that subject to the terms and conditions hereunder, COMPANY shall assign its associate individual as Instructor and the Instructor shall provide JOGMEC with training courses, details as per clause 1 in below (hereinafter called “the Services”).
