This EU Data Processing Addendum (“Addendum”) supplements the Terms of Use or the Enterprise SaaS Agreement (as applicable) (the “Agreement”) entered into by and between Customer (“Controller”) and Threads Group, Inc. (“Processor”). By executing the Addendum in accordance with Section 11 herein, Controller enters into this Addendum on behalf of itself and, to the extent required under applicable Data Protection Laws (defined below), in the name and on behalf of its Affiliates (defined below), if any. This Addendum incorporates the terms of the Agreement, and any terms not defined in this Addendum shall have the meaning set forth in the Agreement. In the event of a conflict between the terms and conditions of this Addendum and the Agreement, the terms and conditions of this Addendum shall supersede and control.
