This agreement is entered into on this 1st day of July, 2020, by and between the Cleveland Municipal School District, hereinafter termed the “School District” and the governing authority of Hope Academy Northwest Campus, a community school established under Chapter 3314 of the Ohio Revised Code, hereinafter termed the “Community School.”
