MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE AGREEMENT (“MLS AGREEMENT”) RELATING TO THE LISTING DESCRIBED BELOW:Multiple Listing Service Agreement • May 9th, 2014
The Owner hereby authorizes and directs the Listing Agent through its Authorized Broker (the “Listing Agency”) to change the above referenced MLS Agreement in the manner indicated above. All other terms and/or conditions of the MLS Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. Where a conflict shall exist between the terms of this Change Form and the original MLS Agreement, the terms of this Change Form shall prevail. The MLS Agreement, as amended by this Change Form, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas.
