The purpose of this agreement is to facilitate student academic transfer and provide a smooth transition from Southern Maine Community College (SMCC) to the University of Southern Maine (USM). It is recognized that this agreement shall describe the required program of study at SMCC for admission eligibility to the University of Southern Maine and the degree program indicated.
