This contract is hereby made and entered into by and between the Town of Taos, a New Mexico Municipality (hereinafter "TOWN") and Northern Mountain Constructors, Inc., a contractor licensed to do business in New Mexico, hereinafter "CONTRACTOR") effective on the last date of signature of last party to sign. In accordance with NMSA 13-1-100, if this is a contract for major construction, including but not limited to roads, bridges, airports, buildings, dams, and wastewater treatment facilities, this Contract shall not become effective until the award and execution of this Contract are made by the TOWN.

In accordance with NMSA 13-1-100, if this is a contract for major construction, including but not limited to roads, bridges, airports, buildings, dams, and wastewater treatment facilities, this Contract shall not become effective until the award and execution of this Contract are made by the TOWN.
