THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the date of execution by both parties, by and between Lee County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the "County" and INSERT NAME, a Florida corporation authorized to do business in the State of Florida, whose address is INSERT VENDOR ADDRESS, and whose federal tax identification number is INSERT VENDOR FEID, hereinafter referred to as “Vendor."
