AGREEMENT: These Terms and Conditions of Sale are referred to herein as the "Terms." Each contract document, together with any schedules, exhibits or other documents incorporated by reference by such contract document shall be deemed to incorporate by reference therein the Terms (collectively referred to herein as the "Contract").
