THIS CABLE TELEVISION FRANCHISE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 6th day of July, 2004, by and between the COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF QUEEN ANNE’S COUNTY, a body politic and corporate and a political subdivision of the State of Maryland (the “County” or the “Grantor”), and ATLANTIC BROADBAND (DELMAR), a LIMITED LIABILITY corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware (the “Grantee” or “Franchisee”).
