This Settlement Agreement (the “Agreement”), subject to approval by the Court as set forth herein, is hereby made between Edward John Salisbury (“Plaintiff”), as the proposed representative of the Settlement Class, as defined herein, and Defendant, Radius Global Solutions, LLC f/k/a Central Credit Services, Inc. (“RGS” or “Settling Defendant”).
