, for the holding of a special event on the day of , 20 , Permittee hereby agrees to reimburse the City for any costs incurred by the City in repairing damage to City property occurring in connection with the special event, caused by the Permittee, its officers, employees, or agents. Permittee further agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the City and its officers and employees from and against any and all liability, claims and demands, on account of personal injury or property damage of any kind whatsoever, which arise out of or are in any manner connected with the Special Event, to the extent caused in whole or in part by the act, or omission or other fault of the Permittee, its officers, agents or any persons under Permittee’s control.
