The following terms and conditions of this agreement (“Agreement”) are by and between Yang Global, the holder and operator of 'Yang Platform' a Blockchain Startups’ Virtual Decentralized Venture Fund and Seed Accelerator ("We", "Us", "Our" and "Company") and you the user or the entity you represent ("You", "Your", “Yours” and "User") (Each of Company and User shall hereinafter be referred to as a "Party" and together the “Parties”).
