This budget target agreement also included provisions related to final action on the FY 2009-10 State budget. This memorandum provides a summary of the budget target agreement and provides updated estimates of the projected FY 2009-10 and FY 2010-11 year-end balances in both the General Fund/General Purpose (GF/GP) and School Aid Fund (SAF) budgets assuming the target agreement is implemented.
