This Data Processing Addendum, including its Schedules, (“DPA”) forms part of the OpenExchange Master Agreement or other written or electronic agreement between OpenExchange, Inc. (“OpenExchange”) and the Customer for the access and use of OpenExchange’s software as a service solutions (identified either as “Services” or otherwise in the applicable agreement, and hereinafter defined as “Services”) (the “Agreement”) to reflect the Parties’ agreement with regard to the Processing of Personal Data.
