THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into in duplicate this 1st day of January, 2016, by and between the CITY OF TUMWATER, a Washington municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as the “CITY” and Summit Towing, a Washington State Corporation, hereinafter referred to as the “SERVICE PROVIDER.”
