Redwoods Classroom Remodel Project. Their services were originally contracted for the period of October 14,2000 through June 30,2001. The project took longer than expected to finish and was completed in September of 2001. We were recently informed by Salas O’Brien that they provided six and one-half hours of services beyond the June 30,2001 termination date of their agreement, but within the original cost and scope of their contract. In order to process payment for the $747.50 owed to Salas O’Brien for their services, it is necessary for your Board to approve an extension to their original agreement from July 1,2001 through September 30,2001. Sufficient funds remain in index 1911 subobject 6610 to process this final payment for this agreement.
