Subject to Licensee’s compliance with the conditions and restrictions in this Agreement, USC grants to Licensee a personal, nontransferable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, limited internal research-use only license under USC’s rights in the EmStim Video Database, This license agreement is a legal agreement between you (either as individual or legal institution) and University of Southern California. By installing and using this Video, you agree to be bound by the terms below. If you do not agree with the terms, do not stream or download the Video. You must be over 18 years of age to download the EmStim Video Database. If you download on behalf of an institution, you represent that you have the right to bind that institution.
