This Data Security Addendum (“Addendum”) to the Retail Supplier Operating Agreement (Electric or Gas) effective , is made and entered into this day of , 20 by and between Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation, a New York corporation with offices at 284 South Avenue, Poughkeepsie, New York 12601 (“Utility”) and , an Energy Service Entity (“ESEESEESE”) with offices at ; and together with Utility the ("(“Parties"” and each, individually, a “Party”). This Addendum is incorporated by reference into the Retail Supplier Operating Agreement between the Parties.
