The Settlor desires to establish a discretionary trust for the benefit of the Beneficiaries set out in the Schedule to this Trust Deed and for that purpose has entered into this Trust Deed with the Trustee and paid to the Trustee the sum of I00 (One Hundred) dollars (the Settlement Sum") to be held by the Trustee on trust for the benefit of the Beneficiaries and subject to the terms of this Trust Deed.
