This Amendment to the Charter School Contract (“Contract”) is made and entered into by and between Jefferson County School District No. R-1 (“School District”) and _____________________________(“the School”) and is effective as of March 13, 2020. This Amendment amends the Charter School Contract between the School District and the School (“Contract”) by adding to and modifying the Contract. To the extent any such addition or modification results in any conflict or inconsistency between the Contract and this Amendment, this Amendment shall govern and the terms of the Contract that conflict with this Amendment or are inconsistent with this Amendment shall be of no force or effect.
