(“MLS”), with offices at 1828 Carter Road., Dubuque, IA 52001; the real estate brokerage firm identified as “Firm” on the signature page below (“Firm”); the Salespersons affiliated with Firm that are identified on the signature page and in Exhibit A, and individually seeking to use MLS data on an IDX or VOW display of their own, if any (collectively the “Salesperson Party”); and the individual or business association identified as “Consultant” on the signature page below, if any (“Consultant”).
