This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is made and executed this day of 2008, by and between the County of Marin (COUNTY), the City of San Rafael, the City of Larkspur, and the Twin Cities Police Authority, collectively referred to as “PARTIES”. "The City of San Rafael, the City of Larkspur and the Twin Cities Police Department shall be referred to collectively herein as "AGENCIES".
