This User Agreement ("Agreement") is by and between Helium, Inc. and you and is made and entered into as of the date you accept this click-thru Agreement ("Effective Date”). This Agreement allows Helium to post your Content to a "360 microsite," and allows you to access the Helium Network (the Helium Network platform and 360 microsite are collectively the "Site”) for your: 1) original content that has not been previously published or otherwise distributed in any form, oral, written, or electronic and/or 2) original content that other users of the Site have provided under the same conditions (collectively "Content"). The terms "you" and "your" refer to you, the writer/user. The terms "Helium," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Helium, Inc., which includes Helium Network, and this "360 microsite."
