(“CUSTOMER”) and DeKoning Productions Inc., doing business as Spearhead Adventure Co. (including its agents, employees, assigns, attorneys, and representatives) (collectively, “INSTRUCTOR”), regarding CUSTOMER’S participation in various outdoor activities of INSTRUCTOR, including but not limited to camping, hiking, backpacking, canyoneering, mountain climbing, swimming, and cliff jumping (collectively, the “ACTIVITIES”).
