VADA Employment Agreement: Kimberly GauthierEmployment Agreement • March 12th, 2023
As of the first full pay period in April of 2023, Kimberly Gauthier (KG) will become a salaried employee of VADA with an annual pay of $49,023 ($1,885.50 per pay period). KG is expected to work 75 hours per pay period as the Office Manager of the Vermont Vehicle and Automotive Distributors Association. KG will retain her current benefits package as outlined in the VADA Employee Handbook. As a salaried employee of VADA, SA is eligible for paid holidays and paid CTO as outlined in the VADA Employee Handbook. At the discretion of the VADA Board of Directors and the recommendation of the VADA’s Managing Director, KG may receive a performance bonus of up to $3000 at the end of the fiscal year based on membership growth and the financial position of VADA, Inc and the VADA Benefits Trust. On the anniversary of this agreement, KG will receive a 2% cost-of- living adjustment.
