This contract is made between AspenPointe Health Network, a Colorado Non-Profit Corporation, hereafter called the "Contractor" and El Paso County Department of Human Services, hereafter called the "County". AspenPointe Health Network is the Regional Managed Service Organization (MSO) for El Paso County, this contract is in effect from June 1, 2020 through May 31, 2021.
