This Facility Agreement ("Agreement") is made as of this day of May 2018, (“Effective Date”) by and between the TOWN OF HUNTERSVILLE, a North Carolina municipal Corporation, (hereafter, the "Town") and LAKE NORMAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, a North Carolina Nonprofit Corporation (hereafter, the "Chamber").
