This Connected Device Support Plan Contract (the, “Agreement”) is made as of this day of 20 , by [SimpTech Solutions, LLC] (“Dealer”) and Customer (each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”) and governs the relationship between SimpTech Solutions (" SimpTech Solutions ", "we", "us", "our", “dealer”, and "your integrator") and you, the person using our service department services and/or subscribing to our membership plan services (in either case, "you", "your"), regarding technical support services that either we or our authorized provider will perform for you hereunder ("Services").
