THIS PROJECT LEASE (this “Project Lease”), made and entered into as of June 1, 2013, by and between the CITY OF SAN JOSE FINANCING AUTHORITY, a public body, corporate and politic, duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of California (the “Authority”), and the CITY OF SAN JOSE, a charter city and municipal corporation, duly organized and existing under and by virtue of its charter and the Constitution of the State of California (the “City”).
