Officer Qualifications: Officers must be a GPHA member in good standing for three consecutive years. Officers must be able to attend four board meetings a year. Officers must be able to serve without having any conflicts of interest. Officers must adhere to the missions and goals of GPHA. Officers must conduct themselves with integrity while conducting board business.
