This Appendix and all Addenda, along with the Master Coalition Labor Agreement (MCLA), constitutes the collective bargaining agreement (Agreement) between King County (the County), the King County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO), and Teamsters, Local 117, (Union), the terms of which have been negotiated in good faith, between the County, KCSO and the Union. This agreement shall be subject to approval by ordinance by the Metropolitan County Council (Council) of King County, Washington.
