THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into , 2011, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California (“City”), and the WOODSIDE FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT, a Joint Powers Authority, (“Fire JPA”), organized pursuant to Section 13801, et seq., of the Health and Safety Code (collectively, the “Parties”).
