Section A The Board of Education of Sullivan Community Unit School District No. 300, Sullivan, Illinois, hereinafter referred to as the "Board", hereby recognizes the Sullivan Education Association-IEA-NEA, hereinafter referred to as the "Association" or "S.E.A", as the sole and exclusive negotiation agent for all certificated teaching personnel, including counselors. The term "employee" as used hereinafter shall refer to all employees represented by the Association in the bargaining unit defined herein above. The Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Principals, Assistant Principal, and other full-time managerial, supervisory or confidential personnel as defined in the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Act are specifically excluded from the bargaining unit.
