This Grant Agreement (“Grant Agreement”) dated as of December , 2013 (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and between Greater Portland Inc., an Oregon non-profit corporation ("Grantee"), and the CITY OF PORTLAND, a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon, acting by and through the PORTLAND DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION (“Grantor” or “PDC”).
