Pursuant to Chapter 39.34 RCW and RCW 70A.205.040(3)(c), this Interlocal Agreement (Agreement) is entered into between Pierce County, a municipal corporation, and a political subdivision of the State of Washington (“County”), and the City of Sumner, a municipal corporation authorized by Washington State, establishing the obligations of the Parties for comprehensive solid and hazardous waste management planning.
