WHEREAS, the Airports Authority previously issued its Airport System Revenue and Refunding Variable Rate Bonds, Series 2011B (the “2011B Bonds”) pursuant to a Forty-First Supplemental Indenture of Trust, dated as of September 1, 2011, as amended by the Fifth Amended and Restated Amendment No. 2, dated as of January 28, 2021 (together, the “Forty First Supplemental Indenture”), each between the Airports Authority and Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company, as trustee;
