THIS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (hereinafter referred to as “MOU”) is entered into by and among the County of Sandoval, a political subdivision of the State of New Mexico ("the County"), the Village of Corrales, a municipal corporation of the State of New Mexico ("the Village"), the Town of Bernalillo, a municipal corporation of the State of New Mexico ("the Town"), and the Pueblo of Santa Ana, a federally recognized Indian tribe situated in Sandoval County, New Mexico ("the Pueblo"), and the City of Rio Rancho, a municipal corporation (hereinafter, individually a “Party”, and collectively, the “Members”). This MOU will be effective as of the date of the signature of the last Member below.
