This Linkage Data Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between Merchant Resource Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“MRG”) and FourLeaf LLC (“Customer”) and is effective as of the date signed by both MRG and Customer (“Effective Date”). MRG and Customer are sometimes referred herein to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
