This letter sets forth the agreement between WaterStone Bank, SSB, Wauwatosa, Wisconsin (the “Bank”), the wholly-owned subsidiary of Waterstone Financial, Inc. (the “Company”), which in turn is the majority-owned subsidiary of Lamplighter Financial, MHC (the “MHC”), and RP® Financial, LC.
