This MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) is hereby made and entered into by and between the Clearwater Basin Collaborative, hereinafter referred to as “CBC,” and the USDA, Forest Service, Clearwater and Nez Perce National Forests, hereinafter referred to as the “U.S. Forest Service.”
