This is a collective bargaining Agreement between certain individual members ofthe Associated General Contractors ofWashington, a Chapter ofthe Associated General Contractors ofAmerica, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Employer"), and Local 528 affiliated with the Operafive Plasterers and Cement Masons International Association, AFL-CIO (hereinafter referred to as the "Union"), and shall constitute an Agreement between the p_arties·hereto for the work, conditions and wage rates provided for herein in the territory as described in Article 3.
