These terms of service (these “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TruckPay Inc. (“TruckPay,” “we,” “us” or “our”) governing your use of the MyTruckScales application, website, and technology platform (collectively, the “MyTruckScales Platform”). By using the MyTruckScales Platform, you expressly acknowledge that you understand these Terms (including the dispute resolution and arbitration provisions set forth in these Terms) and accept all of these Terms. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, you may not use or access the MyTruckScales Platform.
