This Agreement and Disclosure (“Agreement”) establishes the terms and conditions governing your electronic access to your accounts(s) at Main Street Bank (the “Bank" or "we" or "us") through use of our Retail Online Banking services ("Retail Online Banking"). This Agreement also includes disclosures required by law as to certain Retail Online Banking Services (as defined below) involving electronic funds transfers or payments. This Agreement also contains the terms and conditions under which you, as a customer of the Bank (“you”, “your”) may, as applicable, use (i) your telephone; (ii) your personal computer and the Bank's website located at www.mainstreetbankmi.com ("Site”); and/or (iii) your web-enabled wireless telephone or mobile device and the Bank's wireless access protocol, to access Retail Online Banking and its services.
